These terms cover this website. Each PixelNest app has its own terms, which govern your use of that app.

App terms
If you are looking for the terms that apply to an app you have installed, they are on that app’s own page — the subscription, licence and acceptable-use clauses differ between them.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the PixelNest website at pixelnest.co.in. By using the site you accept them.
They do not govern the PixelNest apps. Each app has its own Terms of Service, linked above, which take precedence for anything relating to that app.
2. Use of this website
You may read, link to and share the content on this site. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated means to overload it.
3. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, code and PixelNest branding on this site belong to PixelNest. App icons and screenshots are the current published App Store assets for the apps concerned.
Apple, App Store and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product and company names mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
4. Guides and articles
The articles on this site are general information, written to be useful and checked for accuracy at the time of publication. They are not professional, legal, academic or technical advice for your particular situation.
Some subjects change frequently — passport photo requirements, academic policies on AI use, iOS settings and third-party service terms all do. Verify current requirements with the relevant authority before relying on anything you read here.
5. Purchases happen on the App Store
No purchase is made through this website. All PixelNest apps are downloaded and paid for through the Apple App Store, and Apple processes those transactions under its own terms. PixelNest does not process payment card details through this site.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelNest disclaims implied warranties relating to it and does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
