Fast & Secure : Sqrl BrowserTerms of Service
Effective 16 August 2026 · Applies to the Fast & Secure : Sqrl Browser iOS app only
These terms cover this app specifically. See the general PixelNest terms for the website, or this app’s Privacy Policy for how it handles data.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and PixelNest covering your use of Fast & Secure : Sqrl Browser ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you accept them.
If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
These terms apply to this app specifically. Other PixelNest apps have their own terms.
2. Licence
PixelNest grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and the Usage Rules in them.
This is a licence to use the app, not a sale. PixelNest retains all rights not expressly granted here.
3. Permitted use and your responsibilities
When using the app, you agree that:
- You will comply with the laws that apply to you.
- You will not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- You will not redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app.
- You will not attempt to interfere with the app's operation or security, or use it in a way that damages or overburdens any related service.
- Do not use the browser to access material that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, or to infringe another person's rights.
- You are responsible for what you access. PixelNest does not host, control, review or endorse the websites reachable through the browser.
- Do not use the browser to circumvent access controls, security measures or restrictions on systems you are not authorised to use.
You are responsible for your device, your device passcode, and for any charges from your mobile network arising from your use of the app.
4. Intellectual property
The app itself — its software, design, interface, name and logo — belongs to PixelNest or is licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to you.
Third-party names and trademarks that appear in or around the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Your content
"Your content" means bookmarks, history and browser settings you create on your device. It remains yours. PixelNest does not claim ownership of it.
Because your content is held on your device rather than on our servers, you are responsible for keeping your own copies. PixelNest cannot recover content lost through device loss, device reset, app deletion or hardware failure.
You are responsible for having the rights necessary to use, store and process the content you put into the app.
6. Subscriptions and billing
The app is free to download. Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store.
How billing works
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for your subscription.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
Current prices and available subscription options are shown in the app and on the App Store listing before you purchase. We do not publish prices on this page because they vary by region and can change.
Cancellation
Cancel through your Apple ID account settings, on your device or in iTunes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. PixelNest cannot issue refunds for App Store transactions. Refund requests go through Apple's Report a Problem process or Apple Support.
If something has gone wrong, please do also tell us at help@pixelnest.co.in — we cannot process the refund, but we would like to know about the problem.
7. App Store terms
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Unless PixelNest provides a separate end-user licence agreement, the app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
You can read Apple's standard EULA at www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Apple's role
- Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- PixelNest, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection law.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
8. Third-party websites and content
The browser is a tool for accessing the web. Websites, search results, advertisements and downloads you encounter through it are provided by third parties, not by PixelNest.
PixelNest does not review, endorse or take responsibility for third-party content, and makes no representation about its accuracy, legality or safety. Your dealings with any website — including purchases, account creation and disclosure of information — are between you and that website, and are governed by its terms and privacy policy.
The App Store lists this app as offering unrestricted web access. As with any browser, that means content available on the open internet can be reached through it.
9. No warranty of security or privacy for third-party sites
The app does not warrant that any website reached through it is secure, private, accurate or free of malicious content. Features such as incognito mode affect what the browser records on your device and do not alter how third-party websites or networks handle your activity.
10. Third-party services
The app uses third-party services, which are described in the app's Privacy Policy. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
PixelNest does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, performance or practices. A third-party service may change or be discontinued, which may affect features of the app.
11. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelNest disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, nor that it will meet your particular requirements.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Remember that deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — that is done in your Apple ID settings.
We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any of its features, at any time. We may also terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there where that law gives you that right.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the app and cancel any subscription through Apple.
