PixelNest publishes 5 apps on the App Store. They are made by Chetna Nakrani, working independently — there is no team page here because there is no team.
What we make
The apps have little in common on the surface: a passport photo tool, a private vault, an AI writing assistant, a music player and a web browser. What connects them is that each solves one ordinary problem that people actually run into, and tries to solve it without ceremony.
None of them ask you to create an account. None of them have an onboarding flow you have to sit through. You open them, do the thing, and close them.
How we think about privacy
Most of these apps do their work on your device. Your photos, vault contents, audio files and bookmarks are on your phone, not on a server we operate — which means there is nothing for us to lose, sell or hand over.
The trade-off is real, and worth stating plainly: because we hold nothing, we can restore nothing. If you delete a vault, it is gone. We would rather be clear about that than quietly imply a safety net that does not exist.
One app is genuinely different. AI Essay Writer Assistant has to send your prompt to an AI provider in order to generate a response — that is how the technology works, and no amount of marketing language changes it. Its privacy policy says so directly, including what we do not control once a prompt reaches a provider.
On being accurate rather than reassuring
Our apps are free, and they are supported by advertising and optional subscriptions. That means they contain third-party components for analytics, crash reporting, advertising and subscription management.
It would be easy to write “we collect absolutely no data” on every page. Plenty of apps do. It would also be false. So instead each app’s policy separates two things clearly: your content, which stays on your device, and technical information, which is handled by named third-party services.
That is a less impressive claim than the one we could have made. It has the advantage of being true.
Support
Every email goes to help@pixelnest.co.in and gets read. Bug reports are genuinely welcome — a specific description of what you did and what happened is worth more than any analytics event.
One thing we cannot do: cancel or refund an App Store subscription. Apple handles those, and only you can manage them through your Apple ID settings. We can help you find the setting.
