Privacy at PixelNest
Different PixelNest apps process information differently. This page explains the general approach and points you to the policy that actually applies to the app you are using.

Looking for a specific app’s policy?
This page does not replace them. Each app has its own policy because each app handles data differently — the AI writing app in particular works quite differently from the rest.
How we approach privacy
PixelNest is an independent developer, not an advertising business. We do not run an account system for our apps, we do not maintain a database of users, and we do not sell anyone’s data.
Where an app can do its job on your device, it does. Photos, vault contents, audio files, bookmarks and contact backups stay on the phone. There is no PixelNest server holding copies of them, which is also why we cannot restore them for you.
Where something genuinely has to leave the device, we say so. AI text generation is the clear example: producing a response requires sending your prompt to an AI provider. Pretending otherwise would be false, so the AI Essay Writer Assistant policy explains exactly what happens.
Third-party services in our apps
Our apps are free, and they are supported by advertising and optional subscriptions. That means they include third-party components — for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution and subscription management.
We think the honest way to describe this is to keep two categories clearly apart:
- Your content — photos, files, passwords, notes, bookmarks. This stays on your device.
- Technical and device information — crash reports, app events, advertising identifiers, subscription status. This is handled by third-party services.
Saying “we collect no data” would be simpler and would not be true. Each app’s policy lists precisely which services it includes.
This website
This site is a set of static pages. It does not use non-essential cookies, it has no advertising, and it does not include third-party tracking scripts. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Optional privacy-respecting analytics can be enabled by configuration, and is off unless it is switched on. Should that change, this page will be updated first.
There is no contact form and no sign-up on this site, so it collects nothing you type. Getting in touch means emailing us directly, and a message you send is used to answer you and nothing else. Web server logs, kept by our hosting provider, may record standard request information such as IP addresses for security and diagnostics.
The website and the apps are separate. Nothing on this site is connected to the SDKs inside the apps.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights over personal information — access, correction, deletion, or objecting to certain processing. Which rights apply depends on your jurisdiction.
Send any privacy request to help@pixelnest.co.in and we will respond. Please note the practical limit: where we genuinely hold no copy of your information, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete, and the most we can do is point you to the relevant third party.
This page is written for transparency and is not legal advice. We have not obtained any compliance certification and do not claim one.
